Frequently asked questions

You must be an accredited investor. This typically means $200K+ annual income ($300K joint), or $1M+ net worth excluding your primary residence. We verify eligibility during onboarding.
Minimums range from $250K to $1M+ depending on the deal. Each opportunity lists its specific minimum. You can also use Co-Invest to pool funds with others and meet minimums together.
Distributions are deposited directly to your linked bank account. Timing and frequency depend on the deal structure — typically quarterly or upon a capital event.
Direct investments: No Twinshore fee when you meet the Operating Partner's minimum.
Co-Invest: 1% annually on invested capital when pooling with others.

Operating Partners may charge their own fees (typically outlined in deal documents).
Twinshore handles the technology layer: signing, portfolio tracking, and communications. The Operating Partner handles the real estate: sourcing, closing, and managing the property. We make the process seamless — they make the investment work.
